Country Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Country Manager Sweden based in central Stockholm.

About the Position:

As Country Manager for Sweden, you’ll have overall responsibility for the company's Swedish operations. You’ll lead a team of 12 employees, primarily in customer-facing sales roles. The position combines strategic and operational responsibilities, and you’ll have significant freedom to influence the business’s development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Business development and ensuring continued growth in the Swedish market
• Budget responsibility, including setting sales bonuses and other incentives
• Leadership and coaching of the team, including employee development
• Participating in proactive and relationship-based sales, and managing existing clients together with your team
• Collaborating with the headquarters in Norway on areas such as support, finance, and marketing
