Customer Experience Specialist

About the Job:

• Communicate with resellers (daily and participate in meetings)
• Provide information on products/solutions to customers
• Promote products/services/solutions based on customer needs
• Focus on acquiring new customers, retaining, and developing the existing customer base
• Offer/Quote Products/Solutions/Services/Project leading
• Order Entry & Order Management
• Review orders, track delivery status, and keep customers informed
• Request approval and cooperate with Credit/Legal departments to handle orders if needed

Goals in This Role:

• Be the primary contact for the customer
• Identify and address opportunities for cross-selling to customers or new partners
• Generate new partners and leads
• Grow sales/revenue and profit for appointed customers/vendors

Needs:

• Ability to review and analyze results
• Understand and interpret statistics for appointed customers/vendors
• Identify when partners develop negatively and understand corrective actions
• Regularly review customer satisfaction
• Notify about outbound activities (calls, emails, campaigns, etc.)

Skill Set:

• General technical and product knowledge
• Inside sales expected to provide general recommendations and use assigned tools as a knowledge base
• Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English)
• Customer service skills, including active listening, responsiveness to customer needs, empathy, patience, and administrative skills
• Maintain great relationships with partners over time (long-term) due to the nature of the wholesale business
