Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large SAP programs from design through to implementation.
• Lead project teams comprising members from both KPMG and the client, including solution architects, functional experts, and analysts.
• Report to program steering committees and manage senior stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and lead business initiatives in collaboration with client teams.
• Support capability development aligned with go-to-market offerings and ensure high-quality delivery that maximizes client value.
• Communicate the latest SAP innovations within client programs.  

 Business Development & Practice Building:

• Actively contribute to building and developing the SAP Practice and the Nordic SAP Supply Chain area.
• Develop a strong understanding of KPMG’s capabilities, positioning, and unique selling points, and how to leverage them effectively.
• Operate within the broader SAP ecosystem and collaborate with SAP as an alliance partner.
• Work with sectors, accounts, and KPMG (EMA/Nordics) to identify opportunities and drive business development.
• Support SAP-related recruitment and act as a spokesperson for KPMG in the talent market.
• Coach and mentor more junior consultants.
• Act as a role model in establishing company culture and delivery excellence as the team grows.
• Contribute to sales activities by developing roadmaps, delivering presentations, and supporting pre-sales activities.

About You

We are looking for someone who can combine management consulting, technology, and business expertise. You have strong experience in SAP and are aligned with SAP’s future direction. This includes transformations to SAP S/4HANA, the shift to the cloud via private edition (RISE) and public edition (GROW), as well as SAP-driven innovations.

• Extensive experience with SAP Supply Chain S/4HANA, including a strong understanding of the link between business value and effective implementation and optimization.
• Good knowledge of SAP modules such as IBP, PP, EWM, and MM.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in designing and delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions.
• Ability to understand and translate client needs into effective solutions.
• You have a curious mindset and the ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP Supply Chain.
• You are a confident consultant with experience in teamwork and project leadership.
• You are motivated by helping team members succeed and contributing to the growth of KPMG’s SAP practice.
• You have a relevant academic background.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with good proficiency in Swedish.
